My wife and I bought a 2012 Accord new from the floor of your showroom, she loves the car and when I suggested a new one she refused. Her Honda has 86,000 miles on it so I decided to bring it to your service department for an evaluation. When I arrived Veron Liburd met me and provided excellent service and friendly advice he even took care of several issues that were covered by our extended warranty. While at in the customer service area I was very pleased to see Don Negri (our original salesman) there, we discussed my Accord and I assured him that when my wife is ready we will certainly call him.
