not a really good customer service I purchased my car one year ago, after sign the contract I call several times the salesman but he never answer or call me back, then I went to the dea I purchased my car one year ago, after sign the contract I call several times the salesman but he never answer or call me back, then I went to the dealer ship and talked with a Manager who told me that to compensate the issues he will mailed a $100.00 gift card . card that I never received... To do services to my car I do an appt( change oil and tire repair) appt at 11:00 am and they finished until 2:15 pm. yesterday ,some people in the sales room was complaining about the time they took to do services apparently they give to several people the same time? I dont know but I'm not really happy with my experience there. No complaint about the advisor. More
