They understand the need for service in customer service I recently bought a used vehicle. Shortly thereafter my AC was not working correctly. A seemingly simple fix yet costing almost $600. I brought it in and they fixed it at no charge as they should have and they did so without hesitation. It was refreshing. Beyond that I understand the subtle nuances of customer service. Small things like being offered a beverage, having comfortable seating, the way they spoke with me and not down to me, their organization in processing the vehicles with a specific greeter. I could name a dozen more things that they were doing right. I'm usually very critical but I have no suggestions to make their service experience any better that would just be asking too much on my part. From my salesman... The captain...
