Excellent service experience I took my Honda Civic for service for an oil change , my Service advisor Augustine was great in making sure I was in and out in to time he was very k I took my Honda Civic for service for an oil change , my Service advisor Augustine was great in making sure I was in and out in to time he was very knowledgeable In the aspect of what needs to be done and made sure he shared with me every step of the service being done to my vehicle . And even called like 30 mins after I left to remind me of the follow up visit for a brake issue I'm having with one of the brake calipers , I thought that was real nice of him . Tire Replacement We bought 4 new Michelins about a month back and yesterday morning my wife saw one of the tires was dead flat with a hole on the side.
