Exceptional customer services !!!! I was on my way to Alabama from North Port, FL. While I was driving at 70 MPH, I heard flapping noise, so I pulled over and looked underneath the car. I was on my way to Alabama from North Port, FL. While I was driving at 70 MPH, I heard flapping noise, so I pulled over and looked underneath the car. I saw the Engine Splash Shield was dragging down the ground, and I was sure there was no way I could drive like that to Alabama. I called the closest dealer at the time of an incident, "Brandon Honda ¦ 9209 East Adamo Dr., Tampa, FL 33619" and was told that my appointment to fix the problem would be at :12:30 PM. It was 8:00 AM when I called. So I drove there anyway and hoping they would take a look and see if they could just fix it real quick. As soon as I pulled in the service area, Ryan (I think he looks like Barry Allan from The Flash) was greeting me and told me that he heard what was happening and he said he would get someone to fix it right away. A few minutes later, a lady named Melissa came and asked me a few questions about what was going on and I told her. She got it all down and said the mechanic would take care of it right away. My car was taken to get fixed. My daughter and I went to the waiting area while the car was being fixed (They have an excellent waiting area here for kids). Less than an hour later Ms. Melissa came to let me know that the car was done and all they needed was my signature at the cashier office ($0.00) since my car is still under warranty. I went to cashier office and got my paper work for the service I Had that day, and when I looked at, Brandon Honda didn't only fix the problem I had with the Engine Splash Shield but also did the inspection on my car. I was very impressed with the service that was provided at the last minute with a short notification to the dealer. I made it to Alabama and heard no more of flapping sound while driving. I would say that Brandon Honda made my day and my trip. Thank you so so much for an excellent customer services and an exceptional services in fixing my car. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda to everyone. Thanks Melissa for such a kind and professional customer service, Thanks Juan Alemany for looking at my car and fixed the probem, Thanks Ryan ( I would call you the Flash if I see you again) for such a friendly greeting and being very polite, Thanks to technician Juan Alemany for fixing my car, and last but not least, Thanks "Brandon Honda" to have such a wonderful crews and very nice waiting area. Vast Improvement This was my second visit to Brandon Honda and, after my prior bad experience, I was hesitant to return. I did so because of my many great previous vis This was my second visit to Brandon Honda and, after my prior bad experience, I was hesitant to return. I did so because of my many great previous visits to my Honda dealer in the North. I was hoping that the prior visit to Brandon Honda was, perhaps, just a fluke. I wasn't let down this time and it was great to find that the service this visit was much improved. We were greeted by a young man named Auggie and he took great pains to ensure that everything went smoothly and painlessly. He promised from the onset that he would be watching everything to make sure that my car was taken care of and that my wait wouldn't be as long (with an appointment) as the previous time had been. We were in and out within minutes and everything that we were there for was taken care of and more. I will not hesitate to return to Brandon Honda the next time for my automotive needs, but will be sure to look for Auggie! More
