I have purchased 9 cars here, if I'm doing maintenance on my cars it's coming here. What's new that I love!!! It gave me real believable insight into what may car needs and is worth... Is it time to sell, is it worth the repairs? I am informed and pleased with the care give. Bravo Brandon honda, and my service assistant was Gold!!!, NO Bull, NO short cuts, straight honest examination of my needs... Awsome, my cars not new. I bought a pre-owned Nissan from Honda less than two years ago. My 2020 Maxima was brought in for service on 10/26/24. My service advisor contacted me to let me know they received the vehicle. Since the years ago. My 2020 Maxima was brought in for service on 10/26/24. My service advisor contacted me to let me know they received the vehicle. Since then the communication has been horrible. I waited a week to hear back from him, and nothing. I called Brandon Honda, that is when he advised that the car had been towed to Their (Nissan) sister store in Clearwater for diagnostic. I waited another week, no contact from any one. I have since spoken different managers and supervisors because I have being doing all the footwork to locate my vehicle and to find out why the car stopped working all of a sudden. I have been told that my engine needs replaced. I have not received the video inspection report as of yet. It is now 11/29/24. Hopefully, I get a true answer soon from someone. No one is concerned that I have been without a vehicle for over a month now. More
