I own a 2016 Hyundai Sonata, the best and my forever car. I have received excellent service from Brandon Hyundai and my Service Advisor- Abel is the best! Grease left on my seat so not happy. Was dark when I picked up car so didn’t see it until I used my car two days later. People were very nice but communication was absent left sitting in the trailer due to renovations. I have had better experiences there hope it’s just Reno issues. Any ideas how to get the grease out of my seat would be appreciated. More

Big thanks to Faten Dik who was instrumental in me getting my services done the same day as I did not have any other transportation. She explained everything to me and I really appreciated her help. T getting my services done the same day as I did not have any other transportation. She explained everything to me and I really appreciated her help. The service done was good. The overall wait time was long but she explained the reason so I was thankful for that . I really commend her highly and I will ask for her in the future if I do need any other services done. I can’t recall the name of the tech who did the work. The tech number is 24536. I think he did a great job. My car seems to be running better and the air in the car feels fresher. More
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. They had my car for over a year and every couple of months there was something else wrong that increased my bill. I dealt with several Team Leaders and nobody atoned for the treatment I received. They didn’t even return my phone calls after I finally got my car back. Advisors don't know what they’re doing, Delbert specifically. It took 3 techs to fix a fuel pump because they kept getting fired for not knowing what they were doing. How they were hired in the first place is a mystery in itself. Not to mention, my car still has issues that they caused and never resolved but I just cant bring myself to bring it back there. I dare you to try and call in to the service department. I can guarantee you that you won’t get an advisor on the line. They don’t care about their customers. The only way I could speak to someone is if I showed up in person. While in and out, I had conversations with multiple customers who received similar treatment. I attached a pic that shows all the service lights that were on upon receiving my vehicle after 13 months. Avoid this place at all costs or it will cost you more than you expect. More
