I went in for a oil change. The newly remodel Brandon Hyundai service center is really nice. Nice open clean check in and waiting area. My only issue is the speed of service whe The newly remodel Brandon Hyundai service center is really nice. Nice open clean check in and waiting area. My only issue is the speed of service when it comes to completing the oil change. It takes 2 hours for Brandon Hyundai to complete an oil. For me this needs to change an oil change especially for someone with an appointment should take no less than one hour. More

This was my first time using the service department at Brandon Hyundai since purchasing my new Santa Fe. Making an appointment was easy. Ed was assigned as my technician and he was very kind. He showed me Brandon Hyundai since purchasing my new Santa Fe. Making an appointment was easy. Ed was assigned as my technician and he was very kind. We were able to negotiate the deal via text and a phone call. That was awesome. When we arrived we were created by our salesman, took the truck for a test drive and were ready to complete the paperwork. call. That was awesome. The finance guy was very friendly but on par with every finance guy I have ever dealt with tried to stick us with a higher interest rate then I told him I could get and tried to add extended warranty. This became apparent when he calculated the payment. Had to ask him to fox both. He was still quite pleasant. Overall a great experience. More
