I made an appointment for a suspension issue and got a confirmation. I show up at the dealership for my scheduled service appointment and got turned away. The usher had no idea I had an appointment. He went inside to confirm and returned stating they were swamped. I left since I had to take care of my car quickly elsewhere. Why take an appointment and waste the customer's time in the first place? Absolutely incompetent service center. I would not trust them for sales or service.
