Excellent Dealership I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Branhaven that my wife drives and recently a Ram truck that I drive. Ryan Hall is the Sales Consultant I talked with for both vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also showed me how all the extra "bells and whistles" work. I like the dealership and service department so much that I have referred two of my brother-in-laws there. One leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the other purchased a Ram truck from Ryan also. In the future when I get ready to get another vehicle I will go back to Branhaven and see Ryan again. More

Ryan took the time to allow me to pick out what I thought I might like. Then we took each vehicle out for a test drive. He did all this with a smile. My husband and I had so much fun with him. Once my decision was made Ryan worked overtime to get the car that I wanted. Ryan took the time to share his knowledge of all the features to me as we sat there going over the car. Great Experience First of all, I liken car shopping with to going to the dentist, so when the time came to shop I reluctantly went to the dealership. Previous salesman was no longer with the company, so I went in 'blind' with some reservations about a new saleperson. Ryan was assigned to me, and he was quick, efficient and to the point. Had the car I wanted, didn't waste time on any nonsense and presented a respectable price. I did have a price from a local dealer (which seemed lower) and shared that number with him. Told him I would check with the other dealer and get back to him. He didn't hound me all weekend, just left one voicemail with a new price. The price was acceptable, we made the deal and I picked up the car the next day. All in all, a great experience. Would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
