We came to Branhaven and we ask the girl who greeted us to please give us a patient non pushy salesman. She said they are all good but I have the guy for you... In step Ryan Hall. Not to go into a long out story... Ryan was exactly what we were looking for. My wife could care less what the truck looked like or did she just wanted to see the numbers and apples for apples for each truck. Ryan walked us through 3-4 trucks and helped us make our decision a very easy one. Communication is key in our eyes and Ryan was awesome in this department. We had questions he had the answers... if not he got the answer we needed and explained everything in detail. The atmosphere of the dealership along with some owner perks for buying from them is totally worth shopping with them first. Thank you Branhaven and thank you Ryan.... I purchased a blacked out Ram 1500 from Steve and never once did he push the truck on me. He explained many of the features in the vehicle and worked with me to figure out a reasonable deal. The sales manager, Carlos, took the time to explain every component of the negation and even went so far as to call me to keep me updated in the days after. Ryan and the finance department also went out of their way to help me get situated with the vehicle and they had nothing to do with the original deal. That just shows the type of commitment Branhaven has with their customers. Having been to other Dodge dealers in the Hartford area, BranHaven exceeded all my expectations and was worth the 30 minute drive. I will not go anywhere else for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram product again without consulting Branhaven first. This dealer is worth every star I can give. More
