I then went to Branhaven Chrys I recently began to search for a new car and was worried of the horror stories you hear from others while buying a car. I then went to Branhaven Chrysler Jeep and met Steve Lakomski who was working as a sale Representative at the car dealership. My experience with Steve was great, he was very understanding of my needs and answer all my questions. He also was not your typical "Car Sales Man" he would tell me to take my time and make sure I had all my questions answered. Inventory + Customer Service = Great Deals After my 2001 Saturn finally started acting its age earlier this month, I was in the market for a cheaper 4x4 or AWD for my first big new car purchase After my 2001 Saturn finally started acting its age earlier this month, I was in the market for a cheaper 4x4 or AWD for my first big new car purchase. I was somewhat of an easy customer, as I had already narrowed down my options to a Jeep Compass 4x4 by the time I began researching dealers. That being said, what immediately caused me to visit Branhaven over other Jeep dealers in my area is the large, varied inventory they have on their lot. Just by looking online, I was able to find the car I wanted in a number of different trims, including at least 4 or 5 brand new models that fell within my budget. Better and more diverse inventory than Jeep dealers closer to my home is what got me in the door, and the experience got better from there. Ryan Hall did a great job of making me feel welcome, and also making me feel like I was making a truly informed decision. From the complimentary coffee and beverages to his knowledge of the vehicles and friendly, accessible nature, Ryan made the purchase process easier than I thought it would be. This quality customer service continued with his sales manager Carlos Vidal, who was able to help put the finishing touches on a great price for the vehicle, and finance manager Nathan Upadhyaya who went the extra mile to work with me when I had second thoughts about the warranty I purchased a day or two after I took my Jeep home. They even had a cracked pane of glass in front of the instrument panel replaced free of charge after quickly determining it was a factory defect. In short, my mind was already set on the cars Branhaven sold best, but when a dealer carries such great inventory and follows up with engaging customer service, the only result is a great deal you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else! We came to Branhaven and we ask the girl who greeted us to please give us a patient non pushy salesman. She said they are all good but I have the guy for you... In step Ryan Hall. Not to go into a long out story... Ryan was exactly what we were looking for. My wife could care less what the truck looked like or did she just wanted to see the numbers and apples for apples for each truck. Ryan walked us through 3-4 trucks and helped us make our decision a very easy one. Communication is key in our eyes and Ryan was awesome in this department. We had questions he had the answers... if not he got the answer we needed and explained everything in detail. The atmosphere of the dealership along with some owner perks for buying from them is totally worth shopping with them first. Thank you Branhaven and thank you Ryan.... Bring him a small ice coffee with cream on one sugar and tell him Tom and Dawn Coon have sent you in!!! More

Still unsure about how we wanted to proceed (used or lease) we took a few days to think about it and returned to the dealership where Eric further explained the benefits of leasing-which helped us make our final decision. Nathan was extreme helpful as we were going through the final paperwork, answering any questions that came up along the way. While purchasing our new Ram 1500 we had a great experience with Bill Larson, probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had in over 40 years. More than that, it was a busy day so I was able to observe many other members of the dealership staff interacting with customers. They all were working hard. They were having fun. They were willing to help each other to make the day go smoother and keep customers happy. I feel we got a good deal and were treated well.
