Bait and switch I called about a dodge truck and discussed the price that was posted on the Internet. When I said lets do it - just need the numbers, the sales guy gave me a figure about 4k higher than what I had discussed the day before and what was publicly posted on the Internet. He went to speak to his manager and I was told the price in the net the day before was a mistake. Would I like to buy the car at the higher price? I thought tactics like this went out 20 years ago. Upon walking in the door at Branhaven I met Eric and he was wonderful from the start. He listened to what I wanted and I left comfortable and informed throughout the entire process (I hesitate to even call it a process as it was so pleasant). John S. was very helpful and pleasant as if he knew me for yrs. Then Brandon came in on his day off to also help me out. By Friday am I was cruising in my new truck. Was shown exactly what type of truck we were looking for and were not pressured to look at other vehicles. We wanted a certain color and they had a great selection of cars on the lot. Never was rushed or pushed to make a decision. Brandon G. even pleased my hard to please husband. We traded in a car and literary didnt have to do anything but drive it in. They handled everything for us. They even had free snacks and a comfy tv room to keep you busy while waiting for your car. And the best part for me is the free car washes while u own your car. As I mentioned I visited the shop a couple of times before the purchase and each time was great. All the employees always made me comfortable and greeted us with a smile. Also before we made our decision I called the shop about 15 times with questions or concerns, the receptionist and my salesman Brandon G. was excellent. I went back to tak to rich and that day he traded my new purchase in and got me in the exact truck I wanted. If it wasn't for their amazing customer service on all levels I would have been unhappy (still through no fault of theirs). I would recommend this dealer and Rich to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
