Great dealership I had done my research online at just about every dealership in the state of CT. After deciding that I was going to go with a leasing option for a new I had done my research online at just about every dealership in the state of CT. After deciding that I was going to go with a leasing option for a new 2015 Wrangler JK, I picked out a bunch of models at different dealerships. I visited about 3 before ending up at Branhaven. This dealer had, by far, the most options and models to choose from. Other dealerships didn't even want to give me a test drive as it was too much of an inconvenience (lost my business right there). The staff at Branhaven were willing to work with us even if it was a holiday weekend and it was almost time for them to close. Despite that, my saleman Eric was beyond helpful and courteous and willing to work with me. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Eric, to any friends and family looking to purchase a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge vehicle. More

Bait and switch I called about a dodge truck and discussed the price that was posted on the Internet. When I said lets do it - just need the numbers, the sales guy gave me a figure about 4k higher than what I had discussed the day before and what was publicly posted on the Internet. He went to speak to his manager and I was told the price in the net the day before was a mistake. Would I like to buy the car at the higher price? I thought tactics like this went out 20 years ago.
