I went to a dealer (I will not name names) close to where I work and got a complete runaround, was left hanging and felt completely frustrated. Fortunately I decided to go elsewhere. Upon walking in the door at Branhaven I met Eric and he was wonderful from the start. He listened to what I wanted and I left comfortable and informed throughout the entire process (I hesitate to even call it a process as it was so pleasant). I adore my new Jeep and would tell anyone to go see Eric at Branhaven. Everyone person I encountered there was very nice, it was not a high pressure sales experience at all and they had a large selection of vehicles on the lot to choose from, one of which met my desired criteria perfectly. John S. was very helpful and pleasant as if he knew me for yrs. Then Brandon came in on his day off to also help me out. By Friday am I was cruising in my new truck. Was shown exactly what type of truck we were looking for and were not pressured to look at other vehicles. We wanted a certain color and they had a great selection of cars on the lot. Never was rushed or pushed to make a decision. Brandon G. even pleased my hard to please husband. We traded in a car and literary didnt have to do anything but drive it in. They handled everything for us. They even had free snacks and a comfy tv room to keep you busy while waiting for your car. And the best part for me is the free car washes while u own your car. As I mentioned I visited the shop a couple of times before the purchase and each time was great. All the employees always made me comfortable and greeted us with a smile. Also before we made our decision I called the shop about 15 times with questions or concerns, the receptionist and my salesman Brandon G. was excellent. Excellent Dealer!! My husband and I went in to purchase a new jeep. We ended up leaving with a new jeep and new truck! Our salesman Rich D'Andrea was amazing, helpful, knowledgable, and thorough. We left happy! Unfortunately, after a couple days I realized the jeep I purchased wasn't exactly what I wanted. I went back to tak to rich and that day he traded my new purchase in and got me in the exact truck I wanted. If it wasn't for their amazing customer service on all levels I would have been unhappy (still through no fault of theirs). I would recommend this dealer and Rich to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Excellent Car Dealer to do business with in CT!!!!! My wife and I had been looking at SUVs all over the state of CT for over a year experiencing the worst customer service imaginable from a car dealer ( My wife and I had been looking at SUVs all over the state of CT for over a year experiencing the worst customer service imaginable from a car dealer (fake promotional deals, lowball trade in offers, fast talking sales mangers with nothing but lies, etc). We went to Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and had the complete opposite experience. The salesperson we dealt with was Michael Polvere. Michael was direct, honest and really helpful. He asked us were we needed to be price wise on the vehicle we were looking and what we were looking for on our trade in. He was able to get us were we needed to be on both (with no haggling)! After the closing of sale he switched our license plates and even showed my wife how to sync the blue tooth to her iPhone (a small extra that really went a long way). The finance person we dealt with (I believe his name was Brandon Campbell) was very friendly and professional. He went over everything with us and took the time to answers all the questions we had. We were in and out of his office (with clear explanations of the both transactions (the sale of our new vehicle and the trade in of our old vehicle) in a half hour. I cannot say enough about the service we received or the way the staff at Branhaven approach the business. I would recommend this car dealership over any and all I have ever experienced. They have gained our repeat business when the time arrives for us to purchase another vehicle. For the record we purchased a Hyundai Tuscan (no option for this make under purchased vehicle selection for this dealership on DealerRater).
