After owning foreign cars for the last 15 years I decided to invest in an American Car Company. After research and test driving autos from Ford, Chevy and Chrysler I decided that the Dodge Dart was the righ to invest in an American Car Company. My salesmen was Bill Larson, he greeted me with a smile, he was knowledgeable about the features of the car and was quite patient with all my questions. When I picked up my car he went over all the features that the Dart had to offer. Brandon Campbell was pleasant during signing all the paperwork. My overall experience with Branhaven was excellent. Once again Jonathon explained all the features, guarantees, and important information during the test drive. Both my husband and I fell in love with the car. We left to drive another make and model but called later the same day to finalize the sale. We originally had intentions of purchasing a car in New York State. Seeing this is were we live. We are from CT and knew we were going to be in the area for a weekend visit so on a family members recommendation we contacted Laura at Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Doge and Ram prior to our visit to see if she could get us the car we had wanted, and do most of the deal over the phone. She was more then accommodating. We were able to email her all of the information required to secure our vehicle of choice and within a few days we had the car we wanted for the price and payment that was within the parameters we out lined during our phone conversations. We were able to take delivery during our planned weekend visit to CT, and are thrilled to be driving home in our brand new car. Laura Schmitt was patient, personable, and a great help! Once at the dealership to take delivery we completed all of our finance paper wrk with Mike Ramcke. He was also very personable, and patient, considering he had twice the amount off paper work to draw up and complete since we are from out of state. The manager asked how much I owed and let me add I just bought the car from them 3 months ago. After I told them my balance , they didn't want to know me !!! Can you imagine , I just bought a brand new car from them and even was willing to buy another car from them !! But they basically said I paid too much for the car , which they sold me!!!! I said well could you work with me , they didn't even respond !!! Do your self a favor if they don't care about someone who bought a brand new car from them and even was willing to buy another car from them why would they care about you or your hard earned money, but they didn't care !! No customer service , they overpriced there cars !! Don't buy from them !! No personal skills , once you buy your done!! Its sad , I guess no repeat business is a priority on there list!
