My husband purchased a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee over the phone. He dealt with Mike Ramcke the sales manager at Branhaven and salesman Angelo Capodiferro (the Cowboy). We knew what we wanted as far as the vehicle and were really interested in purchasing it locally. They had what we wanted on the lot. My husband couldn't say enough about his dealings with these gentlemen...the deal was quick, the price was great and the whole thing was handled clean and fast. We needed to add and install a towing package which was going to have to take place the following week. Instead, the work was pushed through so that it was complete on delivery. Bought the car on Wednesday and it was registered and delivered to my home on Friday! I was the recipient of the car and felt like a truly valued customer. The vehicle was delivered to my driveway by both Mike and Angelo who seemed almost as excited about the delivery of this gem of a ride as I was to get it. They were friendly, informative and professional. I told my husband I have never been treated so well in my life. It was unbelievable to me that Mike, the sales manager of all people, made this delivery to me on his day off! Angelo took the time to give me a detailed tour of the vehicle and both gentlemen invited me to call or stop in with any questions that might arise. I was so highly impressed with the royal service I received. I will never forget this special delivery experience and can't praise Mike and Angelo enough for putting their customer first. Dealing with Mike and Angelo is a must for a purchase experience like no other. More
