From the very beginning we had a great experience at Branhaven. We had the pleasure of working with Bill Larson when purchasing our 2013 Dodge Ram. This is our 3rd Dodge Ram we have purchased but the fi Branhaven. We had the pleasure of working with Bill Larson when purchasing our 2013 Dodge Ram. This is our 3rd Dodge Ram we have purchased but the first from Branhaven. The purchase process was seamless and Bill was very knowledgeable of the trucks features. My wife and I left the dealer with a smile on our face and thought not only did we get a great truck but we made a new friend. By far this has been the best dealer and salesman with have ever had the pleasure of working with. It proves once again why Bill has achieved some many awards. More

We purchased a Dodge Ram at this dealer 2 months ago and had such a wonderful experience we returned last night and purchased a Town and Country Van. I went to shop for a car. I was pressured into putting a $500 payment to "hold" the Jeep on a Saturday. On Monday morning, I called to say I could not buy at that time because I found out what it was going $500 payment to "hold" the Jeep on a Saturday. On Monday morning, I called to say I could not buy at that time because I found out what it was going to cost to remediate mold I had in my house. The person I talked to, Jonathan, said they would put the money back in my account and no problem since less than 24 hours of business had passed. Branhaven then refused to put the payment back into my account. This is poor way to do business and I would NEVER recommend anyone go there. More

My family and I had a very good experience at Branhaven.
