We are HUGE fans of Branhaven and have been for over 15 years. We have purchased 5 vehicles in that time and always use their service Dept (Oil changes and general service). They Committed INSURANCE FRAUD!!! Please check BBB and DMV beofre going to this dealer!!! They took $6,000 for repairs they did not complete! They refuse to answer my phone calls! I was able to get a brand new Jeep Wrangler X well below the dealer's invoice price. All of the people involved in this sale and transaction were very genuine and pleasant. I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil l department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil leaks that spring up the day after leaving the service department. They overfilled the oil after an oil change and also replaced the differential oil with the transmission oil. Which in turn ruined the four wheel drive system. All in all the sales dept. is good but the service leaves something to be desired. I have since started using a private mechanic. More
