I'm sorry and thank you for contacting me but 5 months later and being told by Chad and the regional manager Matt that the problem with my car was Chrysler's technology and being left to resolve the situation on my own I am now working. with another dealership. I appreciate your effort but I have experienced too much stress. This is one of the many experiences of not being listened too by your service dept. Maybe this could be a learning experience for the dealership. Your sales team is great but clients still need to be able to service their vehicles.
