Being a Jeep lover (this is my third Jeep purchase), I knew exactly what I was looking for. Half the battle was finding the right vehicle for me and the other half was trusting that the dealer had my best interest in mind. First, I absolutely love the Jeep I purchased. It's perfect! The condition surpassed my expectations and was all and more than I anticipated. Second, I was impressed with our sales person, Eric. I appreciated that he did not use the typical sales pitch, instead he was no pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. Finally, I was equally as impressed with John Sullo, the Used Car Manager. 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk I was looking for a sub-compact SUV and decided to go with a Jeep Renegade. I was trying to decide between a Limited and Trailhawk, and went to a fe I was looking for a sub-compact SUV and decided to go with a Jeep Renegade. I was trying to decide between a Limited and Trailhawk, and went to a few dealerships locally here in NY; I was in the area by Branhaven in CT when I decided to test drive a Trailhawk. Mike Polvere was VERY informative about its features during the test drive, and was honestly the BEST Jeep associate I dealt with during my ENTIRE vehicle search. He was very helpful and was very easy to communicate with and reach out to, both after the test drive while I continued my search, and after the purchase when I eventually decided to go with the Trailhawk I test drove earlier at Branhaven. If an employee is a reflection of the rest of the dealership, then Mike is a GREAT example and wish it would be easier for me to take my Renegade in for any future service at Branhaven, but unfortunately they are about 2 hours away from me. I hope I can find a dealership as easy to deal with nearby, but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Branhaven, especially because of Mike Polvere. More
