He explained things thoroughly and answered questions, with no pressure to buy. When I wanted to talk price, he went through the numbers, again no pressure. When I came in on Saturday to buy, Charlie had everything ready. He also went through and taught me how to use all the car features. Next was the finance department. Tran was wonderful, too. He showed me an extended warranty, but there was absolutely no pressure, no pushing add-ons. It was a quick and pleasant experience. While there were quite a few customers and I'm sure both gentlemen were very busy, we never felt rushed. It was a great experience. Thanks, guys! More

Won’t honor Uber rebate Everything was going decent until our sales person syed Husain didn’t know how to handle Uber driver rebate for new car purchase for $750. He thought Everything was going decent until our sales person syed Husain didn’t know how to handle Uber driver rebate for new car purchase for $750. He thought it’s oike a mail in rebate. The sales manager had no idea how to handle it. We went to north brook Toyota who had no issues in awarding us the rebate. Bredemann Toyota wanted us to pay the $750 from our own pocket. It’s not about money it’s just that they had no idea how to handle a simple process. Very disappointed won’t recommend this dealership for car purchase. More
