Won’t honor Uber rebate Everything was going decent until our sales person syed Husain didn’t know how to handle Uber driver rebate for new car purchase for $750. The sales manager had no idea how to handle it. We went to north brook Toyota who had no issues in awarding us the rebate. Bredemann Toyota wanted us to pay the $750 from our own pocket. It’s not about money it’s just that they had no idea how to handle a simple process. Very disappointed won’t recommend this dealership for car purchase. More

Less than 2 hours later, I drove away in my new SUV. Jerry's knowledge and expertise regarding the Rav4 made this purchase an easy decision. Je was friendly and we felt at ease while at the dealership. (This is my first Toyota purchase.) I would recommend this dealership because of the ease in which purchasing a car/SUV was made.
