inaccurate information about the car being serviced Even though it is nice to call a customer to remind about their service due date, it is unprofessional to provide inaccurate information about the due Even though it is nice to call a customer to remind about their service due date, it is unprofessional to provide inaccurate information about the due date of oil change. Fortunately that I checked the service report before I made my trip to the dealership. I questioned about the information over the phone, she sounds very convincing that my car haven't have any oil change over a year. In fact, it was done 5 months ago. It may be a mistake, but it makes me question the training and quality of customer service representative. I need to add that the service rep did acknowledge the mistake later through email. More
