Bredemann Toyota Dave Lurie Yesterday, I bought a new car from David Lurie who works for Bredemann Toyota.  Dave Lurie exceeded my expectations!  I was nervous buying a new car, Yesterday, I bought a new car from David Lurie who works for Bredemann Toyota.  Dave Lurie exceeded my expectations!  I was nervous buying a new car, when in the past I always bought used cars and was afraid the interest rates would be beyond my financial means. Dave was willing to not only show me every car I wanted to see, but went out of his way to let me test drive them. He also showed me in writing all the comparative costs, which allowed me to make the most appropriate and sound decision. If it weren’t for Dave Lurie, I might have left the dealer ship, dissatisfied and confused. Thank you David for all of your help and providing me with your opinions when asked! . You made the whole experience so much more informative, pleasant and easy.  I'm now so happy with my new Toyota Corolla! More

Great service from Charlie! I have been trying to find a car to replace my Toyota Matrix with 200k millage that I used to work daily for over a long time. Very unfriendly and disrespectful guy When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe becaus When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe because of my accent (I am a 66 years old man with a foreign background). In any case, when I started explaining to him what the problem was with my car (btw, I bought it from Bredemann in 2001), he didn't let me finish what I had to say and started raising his voice and telling me that he does not have the parts for the car (it's a Subaru Forester) and that he has to order them, etc. without knowing what the problem was with my car. Basically, he was very unfriendly and rude to a point that I could not stand arguing with him because it was useless since I truly believed that he was determined to get rid of me and he managed to do that. In my opinion, this guy gives a very ugly image on this dealership and the other good people who work there. Because of him, I will recommend to my family members and to my close friends to take their business elsewhere. A bad apple will ruin a whole basket of good apples. The solution is to remove the bad apple from the basket. More
