Jerry Giec was our salesman, and we were very happy with him. He was honest, gave us a great price and made the process easy. My daughter loves the car. Fast forward to March 2017. My wife needed a car, and we decided on a RAV4. Everything I said above with respect to 2015 was true again. We highly recommend Jerry. I especially liked that Jerry checked to make sure that everything was perfect with the car and that nothing was missing. He also went through all of the controls and electronics with us, showing us how everything worked. he even transferred my wife's cellphone contacts and recent callers for the hands-free calling feature. We also had a good experience with Jack Prato in the finance department. jack had the paperwork ready quickly,, and we were in and out of his office in no time. He had looked up that I had bought a Toyota factory warranty for my daughter and asked if I wanted one at the same price as i had paid for her. It was a good price, and I did want it.
