Patient Salesman Jerry Giec was my salesman. He was so helpful w the car I was interested in 2010 Subaru. He called me when the price was reduced, we went on a test Jerry Giec was my salesman. Indeed, those were true reviews because last January 17, 2017, we entered the showroom and the first person we saw was Tom. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and offered us options that we really truly appreciate. We were not savy with new car technology but after we signed the Highlander 4WD-XLE financing option, Tom was very patient teaching my husband. It's been a week since we purchased the car, I fell in love with the Burgundy color which Tom introduced to us which I have never thought I would even look at. We are very happy of our experienced at Bredeman, especially with the kind and helpful dealer- Tom Vosnos! Even my 5 year old daughter tells her classmates about having a new, beautiful car!
