Fantastic sales team Salesman Dave was awesome! He was professional, engaging and thoroughly explained car features. He didn't push for a sale even though I had to bring m Salesman Dave was awesome! He was professional, engaging and thoroughly explained car features. He didn't push for a sale even though I had to bring my spouse back another day to see the car. Once we decided to purchase, he took the time to explain questions about the invoice and we didn't experience "games" back and forth between him and the finance department. We got a great deal and he spent plenty of time making sure I understood how to operate the car before I drove away. The only damper on the experience: the finance associate who had us sign the closing papers was very friendly until we declined the extended warranty, then he was a bit terse. If "Very Good" was an option I would have picked 4.5 stars for that reason. But overall, our customer service experience was great. More

Love this Dealer! I love this dealer!!! My mom and I have bought all our cars and SUVs from Bredemann since 1980. My mom is 90 this year.. I just leased a 2017 RAV ye I love this dealer!!!
