I feel fortunate that I stopped at Bredemann Toyota on a whim. I had decided to purchase a new car at one of two other dealers. Roger was friendly, informative and went the extra mile for me. He not only checked out current inventory, he also checked to see what was on order for future delivery. In doing so, he found the car model with the right color and package for my needs. His communication through email and phone calls was excellent. I was contacted when any updates were available.
