I was able to work with the same salesperson, Charlie Schiller, who helped me to understand the features of the various Prius models (when I bought my first Prius there was only one model) and come to a decision about what would best fit my needs. He was supportive through the entire process. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the gentleman in the business office. However, I can say that he was helpful in explaining the various options for an extended warranty and applied no pressure as I asked questions and decided on the plan that I preferred. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle! My wife and I visited Tuesday (1/22/19) to find a replacement car for her. We were interested in a RAV4. Syed Hussain pointed out the advantages of a trim level we were looking at. My wife and I both tested one of the available models. After some deliberation, Syed suggested a 2018 model, and made an offer to us which we accepted. On Wednesday, we came back to finalize the purchase, and Jesus Padin guided us through the purchase arithmetic, and guided us pleasantly through any additional warranty options we might be interested in. Syed later guided us through an overview of the vehicle (including using Bluetooth technology to connect our phones with the vehicle's entertainment system) before my wife drove it home. The whole process was smooth and as painless as such a transaction can be. Thanks very much. More

Great dealership with an outstanding salesman.. We stopped at this dealership after falling flat when looking at a vehicle at another establishment. Let's just say this place is HUGE!!! We were in the market to replace a vehicle that had recently been involved in a crash. We had gotten out of our car and had been walking around the lot for maybe 15 minutes when we stumbled into a salesman who was returning a set of keys to another vehicle. To say the least, we really liked Dave right from the start. Easy to talk to, no pressure at all, and very responsive to our want in keeping within a certain budget. After explaining what we were looking for and the amount we wanted to be out the door at, he proceeded to take us around the lot and show us cars he was certain he could work with us to check all our boxes persay. After several hours...we found the perfect vehicle. We did spend slightly more than anticipated, however..this was by our choosing and pointing Dave in that direction. We absolutely LOVE the vehicle. The experience was such a delight in comparison to other cars we have purchased over the years from other dealerships. Dave was the best at finding us a car and Tran was wonderful at finding us a loan that suited our budget well. My wife and I are truly thankful that we stumbled on to this dealership and would recommend them to everyone we know. We will definitely return when the time comes that we need another vehicle. More
