I went to pay for the test he said it was a part of my oil change package. That was a help to me. Then I said I needed to go to the D V M and pay that bill. Found out he could take care of that right there. One more step I was saved. I will do this again next year. Took a load off my shoulder. He also went the extra mile and put it on for me. Quality service, perfect wait time I was very impressed with the quality of the tire rotation and oil change. They got it done at just the right time it wasn’t done too fast or too much I was very impressed with the quality of the tire rotation and oil change. When I arrived at the service center I was greeted warmly I didn’t catch his name but he was friendly and informative. Also, when I went to pick up my SUV Sydney Terry was so nice and welcoming.
