Even though they try and pressure you to buy, Kyle was pretty cool about it and I felt like I could have walked away at any point. He was honest and pretty straight forward with me. But remember, the sales managers don't share all info with the sales guys. So don't hesitate to push back on price. Kyle was willing to go to bat for me when I stuck to my guns. More

No waiting I was impressed with how many employees were there to receive customers. Literally no waiting. Granted, I had an appointment but I still expected th I was impressed with how many employees were there to receive customers. Literally no waiting. The only problem I had was that I felt like I was being lectured because I missed my service appointment for 1,500 miles. I can do without that. Hopefully that was just a one time thing but overall, I was very happy. More
