Happy since 1989 I've been a customer since 1989 (that's 2 Probes and Focus wagon ago). Overall I've been very pleased with the dealership and its service. The sales team is unbelievably accommodating, I drove Peter crazy for two weeks but he found the vehicle, color, and price point that fit and that was no easy task, believe me. His perseverance while working with me should be lauded, other dealerships in the area were becoming annoyed and rude but Peter was amazing...upfront, honest, no playing games and even entertaining, but most important he made all my parameters work. Both Neil, the general manager and Elijah the sales manager, also went way beyond anything I've ever seen before, working along with Peter to make it all work out for me. In terms of finalizing the deal, Landon is the guy, he's phenomenal...efficient and organized and makes the financing and delivery process a breeze. They have put together quite the team at Brewster Ford, a family owned dealership that really cares about you and your business...other area dealers should take lessons! I'm not one to write reviews but felt they really earned this one. More

Great Deals @Brewster Ford I went to Brewster Ford in hopes of buying a new Ford Escape at a good deal. I have to say they did not dissapoint. Driver side mirror blinker stays lit 24/7 Dealer says. Is your lights not our problem Problem found. Short in door harness I pay for it 3rd call. Can you check my brakes Dealer. Rear pads need replacing 2mm left $500 I say not yet I go to a better place. They tell me you got 10mm left on all 4. You don't need it Mind you truck is under warranty. But dealer won't do crap about it. Don't give a xxxx about you or your truck UNDERSTAND FORD OF NORTH AMERICA ????? Do something about it NOW Answer back have the decency to reach out to your customers how about it???? More
