The sales department was great but the finance guy was a real snake. He raised the interest rate from the bank and kept trying to push thousands of dollars in add ons like dealer fees, GAP insurance, accide real snake. He lied continuously throughout the process. Also, in a separate deal, i sold them a car. They said they would pay us in a couple weeks. A month goes buy and no check. I start calling and for several days now i cant get them to return my phone calls. What started out as a positive sales experience has now exposed them as a really low class operation. More

I complained about my radiator fan being on when the vehicle is off. I spent $5400.00 USD on this and other issues. I ended up having to bring the vehicle back for the same issue.
