This is our 2nd Vehicle from Brickell. The 1st GMC we purchased from brickell was the best Experience which is why we decided to purchase again from brickell this year but what a mistake that was. I understand the shortage of vehicles so my tip to Brickell and every other dealership that has the same shortage issues, DONT SELL CARS YOU DONT HAVE. Constantly giving me lies about where my vehicle was for over 1 month. Even made me sign the financial paper work so they wont miss there quota for the month. When i finally did receive my vehicle, parts where damaged from the manufacture which I took to another dealer that has THE best customer service in all of florida. Gave me a loaner which Brickell never offers. Fixed the vehicle within a week. Brickell offerd to pay partial of the 1st months payment which I feel they should have paid the full 1st month and also offered a cargo cover which they continues to lie about being on back order, but my new dealership ordered the same exact part and arrived within 2 days. Brickell= ABOL( A bunch of lies). As i stated if you can not provide the service normally, CLOSE YOUR DOORS. More
