ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY DEALER EVER. EXTREMELY SHADY AND DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. I went into the dealership for a specific car I had found online. I spoke to 2 sales representa SHADY AND DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. I went into the dealership for a specific car I had found online. I spoke to 2 sales representatives, a sales manager, and the warreny specialist. Ultimately we agreed upon a price which the sales manager signed to and I told them I would be back on Monday to buy the car. The manager told me that the car had a lot of attention and if I wanted to be sure the car was still here on Monday I should leave a deposit. So I did. A $500 deposit that the sales manager signed and shook my hand and promised the car would be here on Monday when I came back to purchase it. Less than 5 hours later he sold the car without even giving me a courtesy call or opportunity to purchase it. Now simply wants to refund the deposit. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE DEPOSIT IF THEY WERE GOING TO SELL IT ANYWAYS? DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely shady and dishonest sales managers. More

Brand new car. Brought in to get it checked after battery got drained. Noise coming from roof while driving at highway speeds and radio not turning off when turning off car. They claim battery was replaced, got drained. Noise coming from roof while driving at highway speeds and radio not turning off when turning off car. Sounds like an old car with something loose on it. More
