These people are crooks, if they get a better deal even after solidifying a contract they will blow you off. I was told just hold on and the finance department would call me as to how to close the deal and send the money, obviously a stall tactic while they tried to sell the car for more. NO ONE EVER called me back. Do not trust these people. More
BDC department lied to me and disregarded my concerns to get me to drive to the dealership. Meanwhile, they were bringing in and servicing walk-in customers who paid on the spot, and despite having an appointment and paying for the service, I had to wait hours without any justification! The cashier, Jhon Garcia, was disrespectful, rude, and highly unprofessional. He treated me with a dismissive attitude, ignored my questions, and extended the wait just to humiliate me and treat me like I was nobody. When I tried to question the lies and poor work they were doing, they responded badly and mistreated me, extending the wait time further. This place is a total mafia where only money matters. Customer service DOES NOT exist; they only seek to benefit those who pay immediately or their personal clients, regardless of respect or dignity for the new customer. A total embarrassment! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They only want to steal your time and money, and they treat people like trash. I hope they take action and do something about employees abusing their positions for personal gain. More
