I had an appointment, something that I was told would take 2 hours max was completed in over 3 hours. Initially the advisor gave me the impression I was a burden more than a customer. Later on he became take 2 hours max was completed in over 3 hours. Initially the advisor gave me the impression I was a burden more than a customer. Later on he became friendly and quite pleasant. I had a very bad experience from Rafael Carrizales Yerena. I was trying to make an online purchase and had some questions on the estimate. But this sales person was very rude and completely unprofessional. He doesn’t have the patience to explain the details of the breakdown.
