Everything always had been great with them. This last time however, I went to get an oil change and they forgot to refill the oil. I asked about the light that never turned off went to check th This last time however, I went to get an oil change and they forgot to refill the oil. I asked about the light that never turned off went to check the oil meter and it was dry. I got a little push back and after a few words exchange finally they had someone checking on my car to find out that I was right and nobody had actually refilled the oil after it was drained. Sad event but they took care of it and apologize at the end. Just thinking all the hustle would have had to go through if the engine would have burned while I was driving my car More

I have always taken my cars to Brickell honda and the service and service attendants are always great! I would give 5 stars but they now charge a fee for paying with a credit card, they did not 6 months service and service attendants are always great! After leaving my car for a warranty replacement I was called back and told that my battery was not under warranty then I was called back after and told that they had confused the car and now they had the called back and told that my battery was not under warranty then I was called back after and told that they had confused the car and now they had the right one and that it was. The person that called was dismissive of the fact that I was telling him that it's a brand new car and that no one had ever replaced the battery telling me that if I had a problem to go where I bought my Honda. He only noticed he had the wrong car when he went to take a picture to prove me wrong and realized that the miles were off and in fact it was not even the same model. I am disappointed to say the least. More
