Extremely expensive service charge for 17000 miles and no problem with CRV. Promised to be ready in one hour. After waiting two hours and not finding the service person who took care of me someone else came problem with CRV. Promised to be ready in one hour. After waiting two hours and not finding the service person who took care of me someone else came to help me and instead of $391 wanted to charge me $500. He called my service person still out to lunch since 10 am and then adjusted the price. When I went to pay with my credit card as I always do, an extra percent was added for using a credit card. No one ever notified me about that. Unfortunately I didn’t have my check book with me and of course I never carry lots of cash in my purse. I will not come back to this place. More
