Brickell Honda

Fui 3 veces a servicio porque mi vehículo de apenas 3 meses (Honda Civic 2020) tenía un sonido. TRES VECES! La primera vez cerraron y no me avisaron, más bien confirmaron mi cita. La segunda vez tenía el meses (Honda Civic 2020) tenía un sonido. TRES VECES! La primera vez cerraron y no me avisaron, más bien confirmaron mi cita. La segunda vez tenía el servicio de pick up y nunca llegaron. Y la tercera vez fui porque mi vehículo seguía igual, después de que supuestamente lo habían arreglado. Que mal trato y que mala garantía; una de las chicas que atiende en servicio me dijo que yo ni siquiera tenía cita ese día ¿cómo tienen tanta desorganización?. Aparte, ¿cómo es posible que no se puedan cambiar dos repuestos el mismo día por garantía? Eso fue lo que me dijeron y es completamente absurdo. El Mánager de mecánica nunca me dio la cara y solicité hablar con el 2 veces. Lo único que funciona bien de Honda Brickell es VENTAS, indudablemente es excelente, yo salí de allí convencida de que tenía un buen vehículo y que había entrado en un buen dealer, pero me equivoqué, hay muchas fallas en servicio al cliente, servicio al cliente por teléfono es lo peor, transfirieron mi llamada varias veces y luego me colgaron, y mecánica, ni se diga. Que mala experiencia me he llevado esta vez. More
