A someone else said Thieves and Liars! Went last Saturday the 13th for a car I agreed on checking out over the phone. before going i called again to tell them the model they have posted on Went last Saturday the 13th for a car I agreed on checking out over the phone. before going i called again to tell them the model they have posted on the website was a Blue color but the pictures showed a black car which I did not wan,t so i stressed to salesman David to make sure it was blue otherwise I would not waste my time going and they assured me it was Blue. got to the location and sure enough car was not blue but black but that was only the beginning of the ordeal. Then came the lies: oh we could get you the Blue from another dealer then they said they indeed have another one (Gray color) when they just posted the Black one as being the only one available. After several bear with us and just wait (which totaled sitting 3 hours on the office chairs) they said indeed they had a grey one which I agreed to buy at the price posted in their website but then surprise! I was given a breakdown which came to a $600 hundred dollars extra added due to a fee they did not post in the internet (they were charging documentation fees twice), the base price of the car was $2000 dollars above the posted price and a special package worth $ 400 was added and they said they could not remove it from the car, at that point I just headed out the door not to see them again. More

Got me a red light ticket! We traded in a car and leased a new car through them. By law they were supposed to remove and destroy my tags. Rick Barraza (GM) is a liar and a scoundrel. Car mislabelled as a manual transmission car. This is either malice or a significant error, since a manual is much more rare and worth several thousan Car mislabelled as a manual transmission car. Avoid dealerships that can't figure out the difference between automatic and manual transmissions. Mr. Brickell responded and claimed that the "system defaulted to manual" (not an excuse for false advertising), and that he "wholesale all stick shift trades other than a Civic Si.". When I texted him a list of current stick shift cars in his inventory (22 results, only one Civic Si), he responded with "do not contact me again" Mr. Brickell is either a moron that doesn't understand that for most cars offered with a manual and an automatic, the manual will hold more value to enthusiasts - or he is an outright liar. I'm inclined to believe the latter, but either way I would NOT recommend this dealership. More
