I brought my car without an appointment in the middle of the day to have the a.c. checked. Orlando was the guy that helped me, he explained everything to me very well and took the time to hear me out. Defin the day to have the a.c. checked. My side view mirror was damaged the first time I brought my car to Brickell Honda, which was to replace an engine mount. Meanwhile, days after the AC started rattling. I brought it back in to fix the side my car to Brickell Honda, which was to replace an engine mount. Meanwhile, days after the AC started rattling. I brought it back in to fix the side view mirror and replace the fan. I was told the warranty only paid for OEM parts and they were out of stock, it would take weeks. I did not hear back for almost two weeks, so I called Honda and they informed me they would pay for aftermarket parts. I could not reach the service manager and had to escalate to the director. I finally got a call back from the service manager, let him know what I found out from Honda, and finally received my car almost 4 weeks after bringing it in. More

Amazing service and attention from Miguel Diaz. Went in at 11am for a so called scheduled appointment which I reserved over the phone. Extremely happy with the service provided by Brickell Honda. While there my car was getting serviced and when I received my car back I noticed some scratches marks on the trunk area and noticed the servi Honda. He gladly inspected the damage and without hesitation scheduled the repair. No questions asked, received a loaner car and had my car repaired in 24hrs! Now thats some amazing service. In their appointment scheduled app, there is the ability to schedule interior and exterior detailing. However when I arrived I was told they don’t do detailing of cars.
