I dealt with Miguel in room 1. He was very laid back when addressing me. The first thing he did was tell me I was due for a service that starts at $300. That's when he finally looked up my car and said "oh, it's certified pre-owned, that's different." He didn't bother to push the service he said he thought I needed again. Secondly, he called me husband to tell us the car was ready and that we needed a transmission flush that would cost us $369.99. my husband asked him for that quote in a print out and he said he only handwrites quotes. My husband asked him for a real quote on a print out. He hung up on my husband very rudely. When I went to pick up the car from the cashier Miguel was gone for the day and he didn't leave any quote for us. I called another Honda dealership about a transmission fluid flush for 2018 Honda Odyssey and I was quoted at $129.99. Unless the liquid that Brickell Honda is made of gold, I don't understand a $230 discrepancy. But then again, Miguel didn't give me a quote to confirm this. Overall, his demeanor was that he didn't want to be there and I was just another vehicle owner that he had to deal with. I'm not satisfied at all with the service. More
