Brickell Honda - Service Center

Terrible service for a simple oil change. The advisor tried to con my son into more services than he asked for. When I tried calling for a manager to tell him NOT to do the services Not asked for they n tried to con my son into more services than he asked for. When I tried calling for a manager to tell him NOT to do the services Not asked for they never picked up the phone. I called over 10 times and got transferred to different departments and also got hung up at. I would NOT recommend Brickell Honda for service. More

I had a coupon for $36 for an oil change, however I was charge $50. I asked the cashier what about the coupon I had and she said there’s fees I think that was very poor explanation. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced I also looked around the show room I was looking at the Civic R type there were salesman standing around and not one of them came up to me and asked me if I was interested. And now, I would like to add one other additional thing, the survey won’t let you leave a negative response I must hit that I would recommend in order to continue. More
