She worked hard so that I’d be happy with both the price and the vehicle of my liking. Even after the purchase was concluded she has followed up a couple of times to make sure everything is going well and I’m happy with my new car. I would recommend this dealership and most especially saleswoman Aimee Tase. More

Quality, From Start to Finish I had another great experience with the Service Dept @ Brickell Mazda. Aaron got me scheduled and was even excited to see my car ( 97 Miata) and Ton I had another great experience with the Service Dept @ Brickell Mazda. Aaron got me scheduled and was even excited to see my car ( 97 Miata) and Tony took care of my service needs quickly, accurately and for less than we initially discussed. Tony and Aaron are great guys and we chatted for a while as I waited for my car. They were even kind enough to share their colada with me! These two will take care of you and your car, stop by and see them for your service needs! I must say that there is another dealer closer to where I live but I will take the drive to Brickell because the customer service here is WORTH IT!! Great job guys! Did I mention they washed my car too? More

I ordered the car online directly from Mazda so I knew that the dealership wouldn't work on the price. But the transaction managed to get worse. The dealership appointed a salesman to help me when the car arrived. He was useless. He showed me the car on Saturday and we made arrangements for me to pick it up on Monday. It wasn't ready (more on this later). I traded in a 2013 Honda. They told me that the most the wholesalers would give for the car was $9,500. I told the salesman, Harvey Johnson, repeatedly that the car was worth at least $10,000 wholesale. He said he would fight for it but actually didn't do anything and was extremely unresponsive on the topic because he knew I was buying the car regardless of the trade. Serendipitously, I was at the dealership signing papers when the wholesaler walked in. He didn't know who I was. He asked for the used car manager and as they walked by I heard him say that he brought the $10,500 for the 2013 Honda that was sitting outside the door. I brought this up to Harvey Johnson again and he stood there with a stupid look on his face. On top of all of that, I had to pay $995 pre-delivery charge. Well, the car was not clean and the tank was not full. The salesman had to hurry down to the gas station to fill it up while I sat in the dealership for another 20 minutes. The car is great. The buying experience was horrible. Being a good citizen is doing the right thing when no one is looking. This dealership doesn't do that. More

All three professionals are very respectful and patient. We are definitely coming back for CX 9 next year!!!!! More
