If I saw a General Manager on the sales floor, I wouldn’t know it since they don’t greet customers that are at the dealership for vehicle service. More

Don't waste your time contacting this dealership. They use an internet call center to answer any incoming calls; promising somebody's going to get back with you shortly, within 30 minutes. 10 hours l They use an internet call center to answer any incoming calls; promising somebody's going to get back with you shortly, within 30 minutes. 10 hours later I still haven't heard from anyone after calling multiple times. "We promise the sales manager will get back to you before we close at 8". I guess I'll take my business elsewhere since they don't want to sell me a car. Must have more than enough customers.
