You get the run around. The worst experience I received. I was never told what was going on.told them not to run my credit to every finance company.But they did it anyway. Asked for my deposit back that they have had since the end of may. Here it's july 15th still don't have it.They sure don't know how to do business. there stuppied. I would not recommend anyone to go there..i have to call the owner jay to get my deposit back. More

OUTSTANDING What can I say... I do not make a habit of purchasing vehicles (hence the 265,342 miles on my 2010 Ford Edge) however if I had to do it again I would What can I say... We bought our first Chevy 2500HD about 4 years ago from R Outstanding dealership & employees. My wife & I just bought our 4th vehicle from Bridgeland. We bought our first Chevy 2500HD about 4 years ago from Rob & John. Such great guys, Bought a Chevy 3500HD Duramax & then worked out a deal on a F250 Super Duty. Rob S. went above & beyond to make this happen, exceeded All expectations we had, With that said, We kept in contact while on a vacation last week with Tony in sales on a 2019 Yukon Xl, great guy & we purchased on 7/7/2019. We made the deal & picked up on a Sunday!! Also these guys were excellent with our children while at dealership and we made this our 4th trip from NEW Jersey!!!! Thank you Rob & Tony More

Amazing Bridgeland was open on father's day! We had spent hours at some of the other "larger" dealerships in Syracuse the Saturday before. Found a Lincoln a Bridgeland was open on father's day! We had spent hours at some of the other "larger" dealerships in Syracuse the Saturday before. Found a Lincoln and a Buick I liked, but the prices were not what I was willing to pay for those vehicles. Driving home from Father's day breakfast and we noticed the Mercedes, for less than any of the vehicles I test drove. David worked with me on the deposit and held the car for me for 2 weeks waiting to get the cash from my insurance settlement. All said and done, I paid less for a Mercedes E350 with the 3 year platinum warranty than I would have paid for a super sale price Lincoln or Buick at the big dealerships. More
