The vehicle checkin experience was excellent. The technician met me at the vehicle and took his clip board as we walked around the vehicle to look for any dents or scratches. We then reviewed the cost and signoff on the work to be done. The vehicle just needed an oil change an cabin filter replaced. It went into the technicians quarters at 8:20 AM and was finished by 8:43. It was parked in the customer pickup area from 8:43 to almost 9:15. I sat their viewing the truck the entire time waiting for my attendant to come and get me and finish the checkout process. I would have given five stars if I did not have to wait another 30 minutes.
