It was recommended that I change my spark plugs and I have under 60k miles on my Colorado. The recommendation was before even inspecting them and it would have cost $953 which is insane IMO. The service have under 60k miles on my Colorado. The recommendation was before even inspecting them and it would have cost $953 which is insane IMO. The service manual doesn't recommend changing plugs until over 95k miles. If I blindly took the recommendation I would have been ripped off. Now I wonder how many other maintenance tasks I've paid for that weren't necessary. I feel this is very dishonest behavior. More

Took my Trax in for a routine oil change and maintenance check. Was received immediately upon arrival , written up and walked over to the waiting area where i was offered water coffee or a snack while i w check.
