When my sun roof failed to work for the 2nd time after the service team changed the fuse, Niko quickly offered a loaner (free rental) car so the service could have more time to troubleshoot the problem. Tire pressure was not checked. The associate said yes he did it. I requested Mobil one the sticker on windshield said DEXOS on the invoice doesn’t specify Mobil 1 either.
