I made it clear that my radio screen keeps kept requesting a password every 3-5 minutes when I dropped truck off. I asked if it could be reset and rep said yes. When truck was picked up we were tol requesting a password every 3-5 minutes when I dropped truck off. I asked if it could be reset and rep said yes. When truck was picked up we were told it was reset and 5 minutes into the ride home the same password request came up. So annoying and upsetting while driving to constantly have to press a button to make it go away. Very disappointed Sherry More
